The band has re-united in the Remnants of War lineup. A new album is in the works (said to be in the vein of "Nosferatu").
James Rivera has a band he occasionally plays out with called "Children of the Grave", which is technically a Black Sabbath cover band, but they also include Iron Maiden and even early Metallica tunes such as "For Whom The Bell Tolls" sometimes.
