CONTINUO RENACER was founded by Javiar Guitierrez (guitars) and Xabier Martinez (drums) in 1994.They played brutal,technical death metal in the vein of bands such as CRYPTOPSY,DEATH and SUFFOCATION.Later,Doug Pineiro (guitars),Jon (bass) and Demonio (vocals) joined the band,and after months of rehearsal entered the studio to record their debut promo cd.The subsequent promo received great acclaim in the Spanish undergorund scene.After several line up changes,a new era dawned for CONTINUO RENACER.In the summer of 2000,Arkaitz “Kako” Carrasco (bass player and sound engineer) joined the band.This established them as a trio with Guitierrez,Martinez and Carrasco.
The band turned to a new musical direction,a more technical,progressive and jazz oriented fusion,giving the band a totally innovative and fresh sound.After several months of recording tracks for a new album,Xabi Martinez leaves the band and drummer Imanol Aizpuru replaces him.In 2005 CONTINUO RENACER released their self-titled debut.
Highly and strongly recommended for fans of technical,complex jazz influenced progressive metal similar to Cynic,Athiest,Behold..the Arctopus and Dysrhythmia.

PS по мне тут не так уж и много дета (или вернее сказать его совсем нет?), но музыка действительно хорошая, и я думаю дисритмия — это именно те с кем их можно сравнивать, циник и атеист всё же детовые ребята…

Continuo Renacer (Continuous Rebirth по-английски) это инструментальный progressive death metal проект из Beasain, испанского городка, расположенного в Баскской провинции. Музыка этого коллектива сложна до умопомрачения, и трудно сказать, чего здесь больше, техничного дэта или мудреного прогрессива. Музыканты комбинируют ломаные скоростные риффы, расслабленные fusion-части, джазовые ритмы, слэп-бас и еще миллион всяких фишек, заставляющих удивляться искушенного слушателя все больше и больше. По степени внутренней наполненности бьющими через край идеями группу можно сравнить с легендарными Cynic, где каждая секунда привносит новые впечатления.
