Группа Deadsoul Tribe была основана Buddy Lackey — бывшим вокалистом Psychotic Waltz (здесь он выступает под именем Devon Graves) после распада группы и его переезда в Австрию. Это фактически его сольный проект, в студии он играет на всех инструментах, кроме ударных (за установкой — Adel Moustafa), на концертах к ним присоединяются гитарист Roland "Rollz" Kerschbaumer и басист Roland Ivenz.
