Sacrifice (2009) — The Ones I Condemn [320 Kbps]

This is so far my favourite Thrash Metal album of a year. It does not bear much resemblance to the earlier Sacrifice works, yet it is still a very solid album. I would call it a modernized version of Thrash — modern sound, old school essence and some modern incorporations in music. On The Ones I Condemn the band is as intense as ever, sometimes bordering on Death Metal, yet retaining some moments of Forward To Termination. Vocals are on a week side though — they sound strained, but despite this the delivery is still venom-spitting. Highly recommended !

Megadeth (2009) — Endgame [320 Kbps]

Coming from a big band that started in the 80's this album is surprisingly good — among the best in its category. It is hard to call it a Thrash Metal albums, rather a Heavy Metal album with some Thrashy moments and a couple of Thrash songs. Some riffs sound similar to KEA (the heavy metal / hard rock part of it). Vocals as with many other Megadeth releases are very weak — Dave sounds bored and tired. He moans monotonously through out the album doing occasional attempts at singing. All in all quite a good album which is stronger than most of the band's recent material.
