One of the less known Thrash Metal albums from Germany. Very fast, with a fair dose of punk influences and full of raw power. This rip is made from the original CD issue of the album under SPV / Steamhammer (1987) . I did not include APE Batch Log and Spectrum .

This is a rip made from Mega Metal Productions version. The sound quality is lacking. First of all in has a "hot" mastering and secondly it seems to have been recorded to CD from LP as it has audible background noise and crackling. Spectrum is packed inside the archive.

This is by far the best sounding version of this album circulating in the Internet. The rip is done from a still sealed vinyl during the first play back. AxeKiller's remastered this album for their reissue and they screwed up the sound completely. This version features the original sound of the album. The track Welcome To The Slaughter house is taken from the Metal Massacre VI CD, as the quality of this track on the LP was unsatisfactory.

The vinyl I ripped it from was far from being new, so you should not expect a perfect sound. I removed the noise, clicks and processed it with Waves L3 MultiMaximizer (soft limiting, slightly enhanced lows and softened highs).

Пластинка, с которой сделан этот рип была далеко не новой, так что не стоит ожидать идеального звучания. Я убрал шумы, щелчки и обработал MultiMaximizer (лёгкое сжатие, чуть-чуть поднял низов и смягчил высокие).

Sacrifice (2009) — The Ones I Condemn [320 Kbps]

This is so far my favourite Thrash Metal album of a year. It does not bear much resemblance to the earlier Sacrifice works, yet it is still a very solid album. I would call it a modernized version of Thrash — modern sound, old school essence and some modern incorporations in music. On The Ones I Condemn the band is as intense as ever, sometimes bordering on Death Metal, yet retaining some moments of Forward To Termination. Vocals are on a week side though — they sound strained, but despite this the delivery is still venom-spitting. Highly recommended !

Megadeth (2009) — Endgame [320 Kbps]

Coming from a big band that started in the 80's this album is surprisingly good — among the best in its category. It is hard to call it a Thrash Metal albums, rather a Heavy Metal album with some Thrashy moments and a couple of Thrash songs. Some riffs sound similar to KEA (the heavy metal / hard rock part of it). Vocals as with many other Megadeth releases are very weak — Dave sounds bored and tired. He moans monotonously through out the album doing occasional attempts at singing. All in all quite a good album which is stronger than most of the band's recent material.

Comment .

Пластинка была куплена в за печатаном виде, то-есть предположительно нулёвой. Запись на компьютер была сделана при первом проигрывании. Исходную запись делал в формате WAV, 96 KHz / 24 Bit . Для личного пользования лося оставил в таком же разрешении, если кого интересует — могу поделиться.

Обработка записи свелась к удалению шумов, которых кстати почти не было. Позднее я сделал следующее : обработал очищенную запись плагином типа Brickwall Limiter класса High-End (Waves Ultramaximizer +) и плагином Waves MaxxBass. Звук стал ощутимо мощнее, но за счёт небольшого уменьшения динамики.

Здесь выложен вариант, который подвергся только лёгкой чистке. Если кого-то интересует, могу поделиться тем, что обработан.

Практически во всех рипах этого альбома циркулирующих в нэте трэклист не соответствует действительности. Дело в том, что первые две песни слепленны в одну (Damnation ; Power From Hell), а песня Devil's Legion разбита на две части. Этот косяк впервые появился на переизданом CD фирмы Powerage records в 1996 году, а в 2005 фирма Blackend повторила эти ошибки на своём переиздании. Этот рип мой, и в нём названия файлов соответствуют песням.
