If you have ever purchased a Global Underground you have done it for one reason: highest quality progressive music. Arrivals from Global Underground brings together a taster of their full length albums mixed by the likes of Tenaglia, Dave Seaman, Sasha, John Digweed and Nick Warren. This album may not have the big build up which Tenaglia or Sasha can weave, however, it does give you some of the best progressive house music for a fiver. Это заявление только часть планов разработки сериалов с оригинальными сценариями, мини-сериалами, реалити шоу, и новой вечерной программы канала SCI FI, не слова о сроках начала съемок или премьеры. Планы разработки смотрят очень далеко вперед и не является официальным заявлением о новом сериале — некоторые сериалы по тем или другим причинам так и не увидели свет.
Если даже сериал получит билет в жизнь, точно не ждите его выхода в этом году.

These two globetrotting turntablists once again show off the unique stylistic differences that produce their trademark twists, dizzying turns, and wide-open flights of rhythmic intensity. Sasha is the straightforward one, putting a heavy hand to use on the turntable, maximizing bass lines and beats while keeping a sharp eye on the fader, forever attentive to the dance floor's whims. His gifted ear pits Killhurtz' "West on 27th" mix against Breeder's "Tyrantanic" with forceful execution, providing sublime closure on the first disc. Meanwhile, Digweed's world is more subtle, filled with shady crevices, slippery transitions, and subliminal melodic touches. The ghostly sample work on Digweed's haunting "Voices: Freelance Icebreakers Mix" from the second disc slices into the Orb's "Once More" with the delicacy of a surgeon. Pieces of songs ebb and flow throughout with unpredictable grace, provoking the sweaty, timeless, eyes-shut-tight club-going experiences that exist in many a hipster's fondest dreams. All in all, this might be the best example yet of Sasha and Digweed's incomparable appeal.

Continuing from where the previous ended, Global Underground presents the second installment of its alternative mood music. Releasing the first volume as a tease in limited numbers, GU’s interpretation of the Afterhours certainly showed that the label and its compilers were diverse in their appreciation of the weird and the wonderful.
Afterhours 2 provides a double CD compiled as an ideal selection of sounds aimed at that post clubbing experience. Mellow, abstract, atmospheric, dark beats that can put your mind at ease after a night on the town. Featuring UNKLE, Slam, Boards Of Canada, Primal Scream and a host of artists from the GU Music label, the album will include an assortment of interesting production work.
It’s a strange feeling, but it’s right. Your host for this set is trance-house Brit David Seaman, and with his deft sense of mood and tempo the driving force here, Desire starts off slowly yet has absorbed you wholly by the time Solid Sessions' high-energy, uptempo classic "Janiero" slides into your ears. Never obvious, never cheesy yet always populist enough to attract clubbing novices, Desire builds slowly to a cruise-control 90 miles per hour, Seaman more interested in weaving trance-house dreamscapes than showering the room with beats per minute.
